It is unlike any other rental in the area – it exudes the perfect blend of rustic ambiance, charm, and elegance. It was built with locally sourced materials including reclaimed stained glass windows from a historic Gatlinburg theatre. Escape to the country in an authentic hand-built Storybook cottage.

One of the most unique aspects of Storybook on the Hill is the four acres of picturesque land it sits on. Enjoy your own private oasis and when you want to head into the tourist towns of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, you are only a 20 minute scenic drive away. Additionally, you will be only 15 minutes from the Greenbrier entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park. This entrance has access to amazing hiking, fall foliage / spring flower viewing and is the perfect place to have a picnic. It’s a lesser-known entrance and you won’t have to share the trail with as many people as the other entrances. Cosby is a 20 minute drive away and has many whitewater rafting options and other activities, with a less “touristy” feel than Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
